• A limited number of quilts will be taken each month.
• Edge-to-Edge Quilting $.025/square inch
• We can add binding to your quilt for an additional charge. The binding will be machine-stitched on the back and machine-topstitched on the front of the quilt.  A price can be figured out at the time of quilt drop-off.
• Edge-to-edge patterns can be picked out when dropping your quilt off.

• If you purchase backing from Pohlar Fabrics on the day of quilt drop-off, you will receive a 25% discount.
• Batting must be purchased from Pohlar Fabrics with a 25% discount. Outside batting will not be accepted. 
• Thread must be purchased from Pohlar Fabrics. There is a 25% discount if the thread is purchased at the time of quilt drop-off.
• Print quilt backs that are sewn together will not be print-matched. Any special requests must be stated when dropping off the quilt to be quilted.
• If your quilt needs any mending, there will be a $50 fee.

• Preparing your quilt for quilting:
  
  • The backing must be 6" larger than the quilt top on all sides.
  • If you are seaming your backing together, We ask that you leave the selvages on, use a 1/2" seam allowance, and press the seam open.
  • If the backing needs to be centered with the quilt top, it will be centered as best as possible, but there is no guarantee that it will be exactly centered. 
  • Please press your quilt top as best as you can and remove any threads on the right side of the quilt.
  • Please stitch 1/8" around your quilt to secure the outer edge of your quilt.
