Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Returns are only accepted if we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no orders of any kind, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Pohlar Fabrics will pay return shipping if the items were sent incorrectly by Pohlar Fabrics.
If you ordered the wrong item, you (the customer) are responsible for the return postage. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount, and the original shipping fee will not be returned.
Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pohlarfabrics.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges on items returned.

Shipping Address Change/Wrong Address
If a package needs to be shipped to an address other that the one on the order please call 765-458-5466 to have the address changed.
If you put the wrong address on the order and do not call the have the address changed and we ship to the wrong address we are not responsible for the missing package. It is your responsibility to check the address before placing the order and/or checking the confirmation email to confirm the correct address is on the package.
Canceling Orders
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, place call us at 765-458-5466. We will issue a refund as long as we have not already cut and/or shipped the item. If an order is cancelled by the customer there will be a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged from shipping or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
